What is a Home Care Package?
The Home Care Package program was established by the Australian
Government to assist older Australians to live independently in their own home.
The program is designed to provide flexible, tailored support according to
a person’s health care needs. Funding is allocated after formal assessment
and can include services to help a person stay:

No hidden fees, and flexibility to manage your package your way.
Self-Managed
Perfect for those wanting to make the most of their funding, allowing for more services
Care Managed
Expert care to help you navigate your package and access tailored services
Services
Our services support daily tasks at home and in the community, offering companionship while promoting independence, choice, and control.
Home Help & Personal care
Assistance with daily tasks such as personal care, medication prompting, companionship, laundry, and meal preparation
Community
Access
Help with transport for shopping, general appointments, community-based acitivites, recreation and leisure
Domestic Cleaning
Regular domestic cleaning around the home, with equipment and consumables to be supplied by the client
Gardening
Light gardening maintenance and clean up, includes tools of the trade and fuel usage. Excludes debris removal.
